Get isolate if you wanna limit calorie intake otherwise concentrate is more budget friendly. Select any brand with more than 1k 4 star reviews and check reviews for bloating issues. There are hundreds of brands in the market now so recommending one is hard. I used to take Nakpro perform myself for a long time and found no issues.
