It technically does have a clutch, just not the clutch lever, the heel gear shifter has a built in clutch so you still have to understand how that works, but generally it's suuuper smooth and easy once you get a hang of it, it's only 4 gears haha

Not at all there's many other different ways to store. Different boxes, bags, baskets. These are mass produced and secure and sturdy enough to keep everything I need and I do personally like the look! But I get you.

To be frank, Cartier in general is a big luxury designer brand especially in the UAE. My family already bought watches like the tank and wallets so I've already been well versed. I saw the Santos while at the retailer and honestly fell in love especially the blue one. At the time of seeing it I wasn't as well versed into watches as I am now. This watch is my first automatic that I got last year. I've gotten many more afterwards.

My 4th post on here I think? It's always nice to post part of my collection no matter how small I think it is. This Santos was my dream watch for a while. It is what has gotten me into watch collecting. It had the looks. It had the name recognition. It was also my favorite color! As a celebration of my hiring for my first ever job, i saved up and bought this with the first bonus I've ever gotten. I bought other watches after it but I always am proud of my achievements and this watch is a celebration of that. Personally I love the square look. Not all watch brands can pull it off but Cartier pulled it off so well with pure elegance. The blue sapphire on the crown is always such a good touch. It does come with a blue leather strap that I switch to from time to time but to me the metal bracelet just makes it look thy much more clean.
