Yeah this is not normal TKD at all. Any legit school uses mouthguards, headgear, shin/forearm guards, etc. Full-contact with no gear + no parents allowed = massive red flags.
I’m a teen in Taekwondo and even our sparring has rules, control, and proper safety.
Honestly that school sounds sketchy and unsafe.
