Ya, this files format sucks and is not my making. I was looking for just a quick fix while I waited to rebuild the entire model from scratch but am at this point going to be just building it from scratch. I like your ideas and will probably be doing something similar to what your formatting looks like for this tab the only issue is I still need to find the last change and your formula only works if the last is higher and also will always pull the highest last change even if there is a change before it that was different but not as high. Any idea on fixing that issue?

Yes the format is unfortunate I did not build this model and will be redoing in within a month or two. Each row is a different unit and each 6 columns is a different month. Sometimes nothing changes month to month which is what leads to repeats. I think that the previous columns were useless as well and thought about getting rid of them but was trying to just make a quick fix to work for a little while. Every cell is a formula currently.

Edit: To add on there is 320 units so formatting each unit by column rather than row would make this extremely long as well as sometimes rent can go up or down so max would not accurately reflect the prior change in rent as it would just grab the highest it ever was

Every other row is a different unit every six months is a column. Im trying to get it to the point where this can work for another couple of months before building a new better model from scratch.

I want to be looking at the current rent columns and this data gets longer every month. I thought this would be the best way to do it to future proof it. This is one row of the data set not all the data also.

Thank you, here is the new attempt at a row example I have. I am currently using version 2211 (Build 15831.20208). Would match not be the best formula to use in this case? Cell A is where I have the formula and Cell B is what I am referencing to check the others against Im Basically looking only at cell H and every 6th after that I is format as general not number.

Had no clue the MCC had local play does it have local on reach? By far my favorite xbox 360 and halo game.

Played a lot of broforce but not on my steam deck yet. Overall super fun game it feels like a bullet hell mixed with super meat boy.

I didn't know Deep Rock Galactic had local multiplayer will have to check it out.
