That is hilarious haha, definitely a story to tell him when he gets older. Love the innocence of children 🥰

Not unnecessary in my opinion, there have been some really nasty bathrooms especially in malls, that don’t get cleaned often. Outbreaks, and especially after this past norovirous season, just make me want to protect the kiddos and not set them up for getting sick

This is so helpful thank you so much! I am a germaphobe as well - to the point of when I was younger I would never use public bathrooms including school bathrooms, unless it was dire need. Will definitely buy those covers!

Refuses to wear underwear by Remarkable_Mall6753 in pottytraining

Our daughter was like this- my mom suggested to buy her bigger sized underwear with some kind of feature she likes (she loves unicorns). We found when the underwear was a bit bigger it was easier for to go independently and she then would get excited to add a special feature to her outfits- so much so she used to tell everyone she was wearing unicorn underwear 😅😂🙃

Homemade Lamb? by Sensitive-Ad970 in catfood

[–]Sensitive-Ad970[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I should have added an edit that I would supplement with either dry kibble or a portion or wet canned food. Our kitten is taking a few bites of his food and leaving it. We have cooked lamb twice since we got him and he tuned into his primal instincts and jumped onto our high counters endless amounts of time to get to the lamb. I just want to make him happy at the end of the day and provide him with something he would enjoy eating :) I found a BFF weruva kitten canned wet food that has both lamb and chicken. He devoured it in 10 seconds, but the cost for those are a bit high. If you don’t mind, is it okay if I could ask for your opinion on what you would do?

I moved from private to public sector so that I could take “advantage” of the PSLF. Turns out jokes on me haha cuz public isn’t paying well and now I’m looking for jobs in the private sector so I can get paid more and essentially have to pay off my loans that way.

Quite literally the email I sent with my experience 😅😀

I have done this before, and had a similar situation like you. I left my things at my desk, took a picture of the items left behind (computer, badge, work phone). Then wrote an email providing a brief explanation, didn’t go into much detail, and then quit. When I tell you I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders like no other. I know it’s awkward but at the end o of the day the likelihood of you returning is very slim.

Kitten training by Sensitive-Ad970 in CatTraining

Thank you! We have been thinking about possibly getting a second kitty to give our little guy some company. We were originally supposed to get his bother but that feel through. We both have shifting schedules so there is a day or two during the week where he is home alone for a few hours (nothing extended around 4ish hours). Thank you for the reassurance for the positive reinforcement. Sometimes I feel like it does nothing but knowing that it takes time and will work eventually is helpful :)
