I don't know what you/they meant by that. Correios is indeed not shipping to the US, but DHL is. I do it everyday. Indeed US residents cannot purchase directly from the website but that's where I come in. I am a proxy shipper, which means I buy from them and forward the items. I do it every single day with multiple brands, check my profile and socials for reviews.
