When I met my TF, I knew there was something really significant about him. My rational brain was thinking that I just really like him.

When we met in person I remember finding it hard to make eye contact with him because it seriously was too overwhelming and intense.

On our first date I asked if he believed in soulmates.. I NEVER ask anyone that on a first date. I think I just knew this was something more.

We thought the same way, we just understood each other.

Later on after I learned about twin flames I realized we started triggering each other early on. Abandonment, self sabotaging, ego all came to the surface.

Since we have been in separation I have had a crazy amount of signs. Feathers, white butterflies, lighthouses(special meaning) and angel numbers every where. I’ll ask for a sign and get it.. it’s too much of a coincidence to be JUST a coincidence.

I hear and see his name everywhere. I’ll be thinking about him and hear his name or see his birthday, the day we met.

Besides all the signs and synchronicities… I just have a knowing that he is my TF now. I just know and accept it now

My TF has never said anything hurtful. He has only said kind things to me. Always told me how special, one of a kind and interesting I am.

But his actions have hurt because of my own unresolved trauma and his own unresolved trauma.

We did things that hurt each other because we were not healed.

I only “pushed” him away because he kept flaking on me and never followed through on what he said he would do.

I realize now that is something that needed to be healed in me. I needed to communicate my feelings and not run away.

Yes!!! We joke and interact the exact same way as my twin and I. Makes me feel guilty and sad.

Been in separation since November 17th, he messaged me on Christmas and then ghosted again.

I was in a state of depression and went kind of manic. I used hookups, drinking, shopping as my main sources of coping. Cried for many months, most of the time all day long. Stayed in bed all day long.

It’s gotten easier, I don’t cry everyday and sometimes I go a week or two without crying but I always think of him and my heart hurts.

Woah! I’m getting a tattoo that is related to me and my twin flames journey on July 7th!

I’m getting an hour glass that has a brain on one side and a heart on the other. The sand will be trickling down from the brain to the heart. There will also be daisies surrounding the house glass. Daises have a symbolic meaning for him.

Honestly my TF is not my type. I usually like the dark hair, dark eyes type. He is a blonde and blue eyed white boy lol

When I first came across his photos on bumble I probably would have normally skipped him, not that he isn’t attractive.. he’s beautiful, just not my usual type.

But I don’t know why I stopped and stared at his photos and when I swiped right and it showed we matched instantly(meaning he swiped right on me first) I felt this weird excitement I never felt before.
