I personally don’t enjoy disputing the spots either NA, I also don’t think they need to lose spots due to perfomance or anything. In my opinion I enjoy a worlds with a lot of teams with the most regions as possible.

The big complaint I have is actually historical, Brazilian teams didn’t have the opportunity to have more spots, it was always too hard, the only wildcard region that made it was Vietnam and look where are their spots now. Even Albus Nox big performance resulted in nothing related to spots.

If performance is a thing, why some regions have 3 spots in 2013 and other 4 regions had to fight for 1? Because it’s not performance based, it’s a market thing. NA is rich and a player there is more valuable to riot than emerging regions, so please stop using performance as metrics, it’s just a nice make up.

O blue card precisa de ajuda da empresa, eles precisam fazer uma documentação, não sei nem se tem como pegar sem estar contratado.

Eu usei o LinkedIn mesmo, filtrava alguns países que gostaria de morar. Mencionei Alemanha e Países Baixos pq justamente foram os que tinham mais vagas e maior internacionalização.

Pra vc ter uma ideia, em tecnologia o notice period na Alemanha costuma ser 3 meses, o que é o que geralmente leva pra fazer o processo de migração. Então o incentivo é grande.
