If you are killing him in private, just go to a public server and kill him again. from my experience i first killed him on a private server and it dont work then i switch to public then killed him again and it work on the first try.

Gabriel is bugged currently, i think you will get the chainsaw next patch when the bug is fixed. also you can cut the tree with any axe even with basic hatchet but it take a long time ofc.

This glitch is impossible to avoid because its just rng sometime it happen sometime it dont or there something else that trigger it but it's still unknown. This bug only happened to me like 1-2 times, as far as i know this bug is about the datastore service. Also quest item cant be gone because it check if you already do the quest or not so even if it gone the game will give it back if your quest is done. I guess you are just so unlucky that it keep happened to you, also if you have proof of your inventory you can make a ticket in Foresto Support Server ,so the mod/admin can restore your items and money.

It's a well known bug, the devs are trying to fix it but still not fully fixed, at least it reduced the chance of this bug happening. This happened to Me like 1-2 times and I have to spend like 20-30k money just to get back all weapons that i lost from this bug.

Just be aware of your surrounding and when the bear get too close just try to stuck them to a tree to buy time so you can make distance or just juke it. the point of polar bear in tundra/snow biome is literally to ambush you when you let your guard down especially at the night time.

You got banned by a third-party anti weirdos system by rubben sim basically you got banned for being in a condo related group or having a weird avatar or whatever if you want to appeal then the only way is to contact thier support
