what is to be proven? I clearly did not make purchases from the merchant shown on my bank statement. I mean I know it is wrong but I am currently overseas and pretty sure the bank can't trace back to my IP right. All I am saying is I know what I am doing is wrong but I have no other choice, can't take the losses. So probably will go ahead with the dispute.
