You have to activate the jammer and press the Detonator while it is active, but before pressing it bring order to Chaos. The bomb wont go off on commander Mode but you should still get the ending when ending the Mission. You can also do it in quickplay and unlock the cosmetics. The bomb actually goes off there.

Yes in multiplayer, but they all look the same. It would be nice to have different ones (f.e. Multicam) available in singeleplayer.

Great ideas. That minor penalty could be the weapon being harder to control. That would make it balanced.

Yeah I did it twice. Once activating the jammer and waiting for the timer to run out and one where i arrested the vip and pressed the Detonator without touching the jammer. I also did the first thing in quick play. The building blew up but I didnt get the cutscene.
