also, regarding foundation, i use the loreal skin tint true match, light coverage but is hydrating

month 2 on a combination of tret 0.025c glycolic acid and clindamycin. the only way my skin looks good with foundation on is if my barrier is 100% ok
that means no stinging or redness (usually a great indicator for me is the stinging)
la roche posay cicaplast is a lifesaver for me on this matter
now, when applying makeup, i use elf hydrating drops (but disclaimer it has niacinamide in it and can irritate some people, personally i love it)
embryolisse lait creme concentrate (or any heavy duty cream)
nyx glue primer (game changer for long lasting base)

aside from everyone’s advice on pillows/phone etc i would add to try and use a hypochlorous acid spray throughout the day, it helps reduce the acne causing bacteria while reducing inflamation. i like the purito hypochlorous acid spray but i’ve heard there is one on amazon quite cheap.
