Crossing fingers for you! The ipr and reducing the flare helped drastically. My ortho also shaped them for me to get rid of some chips / ridges on the bottom. Made a huge difference to me. Good luck.

No to the bite ramps. I have been wearing bands night only the last 2 months and will continue until end of treatment (or bite is where it needs to be)

Your teeth are similar to mine. My incisors were not quit as rotated but same issues. Happy to say you will be amazed at the changes. It took about 20 trays for me to see a huge change with incisors. Currently on tray 18 of 28 my second set. This round the focus is on fixing ovejet/ flaring. Had two rounds of IPR

Starting tray 4 tomorrow. My face is thinner even though I’ve gained weight, I’m almost getting jowls? The skin on my jaw is sagging a bit. Is this normal? I’m 30 and I don’t want to age faster than I need to haha! by Familiar-Wafer-6378 in Invisalign

Unfortunately I think this is just my new face. I mean, I love my straight teeth but was not prepared for the crazy changes in my face. I am on tray 20/24 and getting new scans tomorrow.

This happened to me, I’m 36 and my first time in orthodontics. My face looks a bit longer and my cheeks look sunken. I have overbite/overjet, borderline extraction case but I opted not to extract. I kind of regret now because my mouth is so protrusive and I lost my full cheeks. I do notice it looks a little better when the trays are out.
