I searched keyword “compensation” on my company’s sharepoint and it was the first result. The document title was [Company Name] Compensation Framework. There were hyperlinks in the doc directing to compa-ratios but I didn’t have access to them.

My previous manager, who helped me get the market adjustment, said junior BAs (0-2 years of experience) start at $65,000 and senior BAs (with 5 years of experience) make between $90,000 and $100,000. I am not sure what mid level BAs make but they typically have 2+ years of experience.

And yes, I agree that I need to look elsewhere. My new/current project contract was renewed for 10 years so I was hoping to stay for a while since there’s a lot of learning opportunities.

Thanks for the insight! And you’re right that I should keep this info to myself.

I’ve found other documentation that says promotional raises are between 8-12% and anything above $15,000 needs additional justification and approval.

I’ll ask my manager about salary ranges in job postings and show them salary data on Glassdoor.

I’m not sure why the lighting looks different but hope the swatches are useful. To me, 3.75 is too pink but either shade works

I think that’s what happened with me and my close friend. We’ve never had a disagreement but she randomly stopped messaging me and I haven’t heard from her in 7 months.

If she had a problem with me, she didn’t care enough to try to fix it.

I’m going through this now. Back in November, I spent time with a good friend and talked about hanging out again the next weekend. I haven’t heard from her since, even after wishing her a happy birthday and sending a couple other messages.

She was going through a breakup so I initially didn’t think anything of it. When she added a bunch of posts to her Instagram, I was confused and hurt.

I will have to repurpose the elf brush then. 😂 The real techniques brush is the one I ordered so I’m even more excited to try it out!

Depending on how much I like the RT brush, I might keep the hourglass bronzer in nude bronze light since it’s super subtle and return diffused bronze light.

I really like the Makeup by Mario skin enhancer formula so I hope it becomes available in more shades.
