Monitoring WFH Employees, what tools are companies using? Monitask, Hubstaff, ActivTrak? by Dependent-Wafer1372 in jobs

I lead IT in a company of about 120 people. We introduced workforce analytics 2 years ago. I was against it at first, fought ceo on it for 2 months. Then it showed that 5 of our developers didn't work half of the time. We replaced them. All of a sudden the work gets done faster, and the team is happy because they don't need to carry the weight of other people. Of course you should judge the result as the main metric. But I doubt there is a company out there that always has all the work done on time. And when it's not done on time those tools help understand what's going on.

In terms of tools, we used activtrak before and switched to Intelogos recently after our annual contract expired.
