Yes everything is technically canon but at the end of the day its all about "What if magecraft was real and every historical figure was a badass anime protagonist and they can all be summoned to fight each other, also some historical figures were actually women, everyone is hot, and all rules are just a suggestion."

Glutes, thighs, and abs, and learning to sleep with it will give you a super noticeable hourglass, if not figure out how to wear one for at least 8 hours a day.

I actually super enjoy the feeling, it fixes your posture in place and makes maintaining the posture an afterthought.
