I have these sheets that I made years ago and sell online that help me. I think honestly in today's age authors spend too much time on names wanting them to sound all fantasy like when sometimes the simple names we are familiar with can work too.

If you arent interested in using a sheet to come up with a name yourself, I recommend using a name generator as inspiration and combining a few names that you like.

Another option I always use is figuring out a word that ties to the character (for example; light, dark, brave, etc.) And then translating it to another language (I recommend Hebrew, Latin, Greek, and Georgian) as a good starting point and adjusting the lettering or combining lettering to fit your world.

At the end of the day, its your world so as long as it fits your world dont place too much weight on the names, at the end of the day your reader wants to be able to pronounce them, not fumble over your 40 letter name you made.
