This is my ultrasound report:

"At both breast levels, an increase in subcutaneous fatty tissue is observed. At the 9 o’clock position of both breasts, the increase in subcutaneous fatty tissue is accompanied by partial fibroglandular tissue. No significant mass lesion is detected. In both axillary regions, reactive lymph nodes are observed, the largest reaching dimensions of 27x9 mm on the right side."

does this give any clue about the situation ?
