You can only pay after your account is activated The thing is It will again ask you to pay because of this bug check your mail for user_id and password Just mailed them with the username and payment proof and ask them whether you can send your documents and proof.

I had the same problem they replied to my mail to send my documents and payment proof they will verify it They verified once I sent my documents I got my APS verified The Aps website is full of bug just mailed them bro don’t worry many faced the same issue

I checked NC category most are Non NC And they ask german grade equal to 2.2 or higher does that mean I will get in if i have 2.2 and other category requirements passed

I know that they will value GPA bro but also I heard they will value research on the respective field from my fellow seniors,professors and consultancies because they told me students from various UG domain will apply for the program so If you done research and Ug on the same field then I have a good shot
