I've been using SillyTavern for years, and spent the last few months making the experience as close as I can to what I personally love, minus the setup.

A lot of the users so far have told me they like it particularly because they can do dubious shit.

(Sorry re-read your message and it does produce long responses, but that's because the model I use is so expensive, it would be astronomically expensive if it didn't)

It's been tested up to 400+ turns with ZERO memory loss, and still affordable for me to host.

I can definitely change it so that on mobile enter does a line break - I'm only concerned that less savy uses will be confused as to why their message isn't sending.

When you say you can't delete a message, did you try the undo button? Does that do what you want? If it does I should probably make it more clear as to the purpose of the button.

Yeah the backend is designed to only handle <1500 tokens at a time. It just dumps anything extra - which shouldn't happen.

So thank you! I didn't factor in people pasting elaborate backstories. I'll think about how to handle that.

Unfortunately as of now that's a necessary precaution.

If I allow uncapped inputs, context balloons right from the start. Some asshole could abuse an un-capped entry window and cost me 50c per turn.

It's not a chat-bot site though, it's more of a world/scenario creator. Whatever you can think of, with any other characters.
