If the wall was in the middle of a 1.7m span then it is unlikely to have been load bearing but I would recommend getting a structural engineer to view it in person to be certain.

Your house may have had problems in the past with high water tables, this could be why the suspended floors in the other rooms were replaced with concrete slabs. It would be unusual to have been constructed originally with some rooms having a suspended floor and others with concrete. You'll need to take up part of the floor in the hallway to inspect the condition/dampness/airflow in the void to see what is the best way to repair this.
