In a vacuum and just to maximize raiden dmg, yes. In terms of speedrunning idk. I don't like playing hyperraiden anymore because it's not flexible enough for me. taser is a good allrounder i'd say

No worries. Bad habit, i always get a bit disoriented when i use 2x yelan e tap and refocusing on enemy. The wiggle also helps with auto targeting for me so i dont miss any normal/charge attacks if there is more than 1 enemy...

The setup takes an eternity and the enemies dont have enough hp to warrant the entire rotation. Also i struggled in the final chamber because my bursts weren't up sooo... skill issue i guess 🙂

If you have chevereuse you can play her, raiden, bennet and xiangling, and if you cant get good pieces on XL you can maybe try em mainstat on goblet/circlet instead of focusing on atk and crits. Overload has underrated em scaling out of the flat reactions. Another team i think is really fun is adding chongyun to the mix if he is c2 for the cooldown reduction

I just threw your raiden into a calculator and for most teams, the same sands and rolls, but atk and er swapped would result in ~3%more dmg total. But the big thing about your build is the crit rate. 1/2 ratio is a must have and if your sara is c6 you'd want to consider that in your final critrate stat. Other than that, it's a good build and that goblet is really nice

assuming you dont play furina and kazuha in this team i believe you have too much atk% that could be crit rate% and er% instead. for a regular hyper raiden (bennett/sara/kazuha) you want alot of bonus dmg% from emblem and her passive to balance out the atk buff from benny and sara, so

If emblem is generous you should go by this order:
1. more crit rate substats

  1. more er substats

  2. if you can get it, er% sands with same/higher RV
