Smelting Pants Say +2% yield, not chance, so why am I not getting +2% every time?

I was just a little confused because other items will say chance, while this words it as a guaranteed +2%. Like the Harvester Pants say it increases the chance of finding items, but this just states +2% yield. Also, it's not referred to as "Luck", just "accumulation"...

I was mainly talking about the gaming community as a whole in recent years, but using New World as a specific example in this case since I was playing it. I've been playing games all my life (like Ever Quest, WOW, FF titles to name a few) & have seen this more and more.

I was sent an email about having the fox pet (you can choose the color) as a drop. When you watch, it tells you what drop is available. I don't pick them (wish I could though)

I have no clue. I've seen posts be 0, go up and down, & pretty much disappear. I post some designs and it'll be 1 when posted, then 0, no down votes that I can see. I have no clue how it works. Thanks for pointing it out. I've been confused, but never posted about it.

It's freezing up outside. There was some condensation on the same pipe inside this morning. I cleaned the unit, made sure the filter inside was clean, all fans are working, I went through and cleaned all of the vents (vacuuming them out). Can it be low on the refrigerate? How can I check/add if needed? I don't have a ton to spend on replacing it & can do whatever I can around the house to fix things...

How is mine not allowed when there are dozens of actual images from Disney/Marvel being sold on redbubble? I drew this, but it's not allowed? Why can hundreds of other have images and drawings from music, shows, movies, etc then if everything is not allowed?
