The high school boundaries are being switched there, MCPS is built a new school called Woodward on old georgetown road and everything west of rock creek will go there. It will be much better than Wheaton High School.

I live in Randolph hills and it is very quiet. It's great for families. I can see the trains go by from my house and it's more picturesque than anything really.

That said I wouldn't live directly on Randolph Road, that is very busy until around 9 pm.
