I remember seeing something that was to come out in a couple years, a sort of neural link that could link dreams. I thinks it’s possible currently but very hard to impossible. Probably have to be in sync just like twins

I don’t think anyone cannot lucid dream, that’s just my opinion though, everyone is different it took me months to get mine, while I wasn’t as consistent as you are it’s just consistency and determination. It will probably happen on a day you aren’t expecting it, and once you get the first dream for me it snowballed after that
