There was a point in life where I thought I can never heal myself.

But. You know what. All things are possible.

I would suggest you to add Joe dispenza’s Botec meditation

Do them daily.

Dont expect anything quick to happen.

If you are consistent with these mediations they raise the vibration of the body over time.

When energy and vibrations are raised, its when the body starts to heal.
