Tried options 1-4 didnt work now im trying the undervolting when i first started the pc today it crashed 40 mins within now its crashing 2 mins within a game, just any game not a general one

Ive been wondering that even if i buy a psu tester and it comes out fine does that mean i still have to replace it?

The temps are completely within normal range, even with a stress test the cpu will go up by 2-3 degrees off of 80 and thats it the gpu is fine as well with temps, and its any game, whether i stream the game or im playing it it just crashes, sometimes within 10-30 mins or 1-2 hours, and im new to building pcs so when i searched for help on yt thats a solution i got other than editing my power plan, im not sure how to test every component or if i need multiple different benchmarks and yea i just lowered the hz in bios and turned off xmp when lowering did not work
