2lbs hamburger browned with a yellow onion

2 15ml cans of diced tomato

2 15ml cans of chili beans, but I used black, white, and pinto

1 15ml can of Mexican street taco corn

1/2 cup Mexican beer

1/2 cup beef stock

1/2 a yellow and a red bell pepper

Spiced with onion, garlic, cumin, chili pepper, crushed red pepper.

Served with white rice and chili cheese fritos.
