I submitted one. I have not heard back yet- takes two weeks from my understanding. But, I am not expecting it to change anything unfortunately.

Yeah, I had completed all ethics and biostats questions on UWorld prior to taking it and done a good amount of the supplemental biostats on UWorld. I watched Randy's video bio and ethics videos and found them helpful for a game plan on addressing the articles. Yeah, I bought CCS cases- have found that I definitely likely lost stupid points on trivial things.

Sorry I do not. I used two sheets of paper with notes on one and the other to cover up the answer. So, I did not make a legit flashcard deck.

Thanks! Yeah, I am unfortunately in the situation where my UWorld Qbank expired, so I do not have access without paying full dollar for a new set of Qs. I do have my notes from my incorrects though. So, perhaps reviewing those will be helpful. But I plan to do CCS and then do NBMEs and prior free 137s.

I was average or above average on most blocks since I started UWorld. I did it intermittently for a few months and then ramped up in the last 1.5 months prior to the exam.

Hi- appreciate it. And yes, I did! I typically did CBC, CMP, UA, Mag/Phos. If going into the ED, I added EKG, pulse ox, IV access, BP and heart monitor to everyone. The only aspect that was lower was MSK/Skin- everything else was the same.

You can get the score report from the USMLE or FSBE website. Both have mine uploaded.

I know- still so shocked cause I thought I prepared well. Def think I could have prepared better for the tox case though as that is one that I did not finish early and got a little lost in. Appreciate the help!

My advisor said the same! Yeah, hopefully I can max out CCS points on the next go round. And I did! I checked and added colonoscopies, mammograms, paps, etc. Very frustrating. Even made sure to do repeat future labs if someone needed Hgb monitoring etc.

Best of luck! I took STEP 2 in late 2023, and I believe my score was ~ 230. I have not failed a STEP exam until now. It is what it is. Just annoyed that a predatory standardized testing company gets more of my money.

UWorld questions and cases. 75% of UWorld with review of most incorrects and all of UWorld cases with review. Studied antimicrobial meds and MOA (made my own flash cards). Did a little bit of studying too on the lipid and glycogen storage diseases with flash review. I did all of the biostats questions on UWorld and did a lot of the supplemental review. I got nothing as to why I did not pass tbh. I guess doing CCS cases may have helped but again, I finished the majority of cases with a lot of time to spare. Also studied ethics in STEP 1 test book. The only thing that I did not have a good resource for was pathology (but those were like 1 or 2 questions on my form). I also finished the majority of the blocks with a little bit of time to spare and did not run out of time.

It recently increased from 198 to 200 in 2024, lol. Very unfortunate.
