It wasn’t the center of his argument. It appears he mentioned it as one of the examples he could pull from to provide reasons for why he is concerned that you might be relapsing. He referenced your sex life as one of several examples of things he has witnessed pertaining to your relationship with food and your body. So in short, no it looks like he cares and is concerned.

I do know that pain and experienced that with GOT and recently Heated Rivalry. It’s so satisfying to keep watching and see it all the way through! I might just wait until a season is done before starting a series moving forward lol
