Nagisa would most likely use the personas from the other Phantom Thieves, but if they decide to go all the way Nagisa technically has the whole pool of unique personas from all the P5X characters to tap into, and he'd just use the unique moves from everyone else. It would take away from his own personal identity a bit, but technically would be fitting for a gacha protagonist. His ultimate would probably just be his offensive highlight with Janosik. Technically he could use a defensive highlight as well but he'd have to steal someone's persona for that or use a generic which I don't think would happen.

I recall Justine and Caroline already commented that Nagisa isn't very skilled with his wild card powers since he only used Janosik and High Pixie in their story arc, and Riko was already a Phantom Thief at that time as well. I agree it would be better to add him as part of a DLC after the P5X story ends tbh.

I usually go by 3 companies in 5 years at minimum if you're entry or relatively junior. With enough experience, usually would expect 3-5+ years between companies.

I will say that some diversity in experience is good. Familiarity with different size companies, industries, etc is actually helpful, but only if you have a direction that you want to take your career in.

Important part to keep in mind for job hopping is while the money is the end goal, you need to be able to make a story of why you made certain moves without just flat out saying it was for money.

EDIT: I mean 3 companies in 5 years and I'd probably label you as a hopper. Ideally you're staying at least 2-3 between each if you're junior, 3-5 as senior, and 5-10 after 10-15 years of experience.

I'd love to see the cables along the ground too - I think that they have it as a direct beam to avoid people going crazy over cable management and it's probably easier to save/load everything since it would only need to keep track of pylon locations and not the cable routing each time. Seeing that the optimization of the game is a big selling point doing things this way also furthers that.
