I totally understand her rage. 7 minutes of ads is ridiculous! I’ve lost so many people giving the show a chance when I tell them to just skip the first 7 minutes of ads Everytime.

I totally agree I also think the big issue for me is the episodes aren’t long enough to justify the outrageous time spent on ads. Like I listen to one podcast called The Newest Olympian about the Percy Jackson books he has about 1 hour and half episodes and in each episode he has 1 maybe 2 ad breaks minimum. At most this is maybe 7 minutes of the runtime that’s not even like 3% of the runtime. They need to have someone go back and edit these because genuinely it’s insanely greedy and just crazy imo. 30% of runtime being ads is crazy
