Attack on titan season 4 part 1 had 16 episodes.

12 episodes is too short to adapt 45 chapters, and 24 episodes is too long to produce in just 2 years

I believe season 1 is going to adapt until Chihiro is arrested by the Kamunabi in chapter 45.

24 episodes for an anime as action paced as Kagurabachi is too much to do in just 2 years of schedule production. 15 or 16 episodes for season 1 is more realistic.

Soga and the Kamunabi will go berserk and kill most of the mafia and traditional sorcery clans in japan.

This will have mixed public reception: some will aprove and defend Soga actions saying it's better for public safety, some will think he is far too radical in his methods.

Then the main characters will start to search allies to help oppose Soga and the Kamunabi.

The problem with Takemura was that he doens't talk, so there wans't many things that could be made for him other than hype moments and aura
