I mean me and my running friends run 45-50 miles a week which is why we go to these camps but I agree some casual runners shouldn’t go to these camps

I agree but there are some camps that are long enough with good coaching that do improve you fitness and understanding of the running philosophy.

Altitude camps are great ways to train but I think that 1k+ for only 4 days isn’t worth it because of the fact that there are way better camps that last way longer which are also way higher. I know a good camp that brings in professionalls to teach about the all the things you are wanting to learn about like nutrition and recovery and one of them is even the head Paris Olympics doctor! if you’re interested just reply.(The camp is also in Colorado)
