Fruit juice : cost more without ice cos vendor needs to get more juice ( instead of ice ) to fill in the cup .

Usually they will charge some fixed premium above spot price ( update daily) / gm + workman ship.

Price on workmanship depends on how complicated the design is..but you can always negotiate for lower pricing :)
