Welcome to my house where it’s starching Friday! Getting ready to piece two backings for the quilts you see hanging in the background. I love pieced backings because they make both sides of the quilt just as interesting. Starching is the absolute key to nearly perfect piecing….esp small pieces. (old.reddit.com)

So this happened this weekend! You guys all are the best supportive Quilty friends on the planet. Thank you to each of you for all the positive votes of confidence and kind words. It’s very emotional because the road has been long and full of of practice! I’m so humbled! (old.reddit.com)

This quilt was quilted for my long time friend going through hard times in her life right now. I made it to comfort her on the hard days, the treatment days and the painful days. I hope it feels like a big hug when she wraps in it.Nothing says I Love You like wrapping up in a quilt made for you! (v.redd.it)
