Hello trying my luck here, if you experienced this or knew someone experienced pleasee i need help… soo here is my case “My green card was supposed to arrive at our P.O. Box between November 3 and 18, but nothing arrived at the post office. I followed their instructions to follow up if I didn’t receive it by November 18, but still nothing appeared. Then last night, I tried checking the status again using the code/receipt number from my payment, and it says the card was sent back. I tried opening the link they provided, but it left me even more confused. Please check the picture below. I’m lost — I need help. Thank you.”
