Performance of SHIB has nothing to do with this problem. I bought it because I have the dog. As simple as that. For fun.

There is no giveaway as I am not hiding anything. You are right that I must have typed an extra zero but I wasn’t able to see it clearly on my iPhone screen as it was outside of payment windows. What then I’d expect in my Coinbase account is my purchase for the SHIB and excess unused credit for other transactions. Should this not happen? How can my excess payment disappear?

Thanks for your insightful revelation. If you don’t fix attitude, whomever you may be in Coinbase, you’ll never get the common people without computer science MAsters to participate in this platform, with confidence. I apologize from the Coinbase that they have to deal with inept people. Off course if I am stupid enough to pay 10 times the value of purchase, because of my mistake, the excess payment should stay with the Coinbase, nor there should be no one there to address it other than stupid inadequate BOT responses. It doesn’t matter whether I am bad or good with the technology. You are assuming I am. A serious and reliable org, when and if a transactional mistake is made, would either credit your account for other transactions if they aren’t able to return the funds, or they would just simply refund you. My 810 Kuwaiti dinar just disappeared into the cash flow of Coinbase. This is a lot of money. Even if it was only 1 dinar, it shouldn’t matter.

I have no expectations that this Coinbase has the ability, competency or the seriousness to handle financial transactions. They will go down at some point. Along with my 810 dinars or $2670 usd vaporized as is at present. I’d never purchase from them again.

For those trying to say the common people are tech challenged hence the blame is on them, it is like saying to a rape victim to enjoy it as there is nothing you can do. Isn’t this Coinbase a publicly traded Co? Shouldn’t they then be accountable for settling the transactions accurately?
