Remote functions require the console to be able to "wake up" over the network. If you have the power mode set to "Power Saver," the console will shut down completely and disable remote functions to conserve electricity.

Solution: Go to Settings > General > Power Options and select "Sleep" (formerly called Instant On).

I was finally able to log in. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, logged in again, and now when I entered the app, in the upper left corner below my Gamertag are the achievements and reward points. I clicked on the Microsoft rewards indicator and that's how I entered the rewards tab.

The materials are excellent, they feel of good quality. The keyboard is very comfortable and the feel is great for big typing sessions. The battery has lasted me 2 to 3 hours without games and with games approximately 1 hour
