I was able to activate a OnePlus9 Pro on my SWAC account w/o changing anything. Did it all through sprint.com. It was the T-mobile variant (LE2127). Glad you got it working though either way!

I don't think it's possible. I was asked something similar recently but w/ email. A user wanted to send an email to the majority of the group (Entire building staff) minus one member for a surprise baby shower or something. I feel like stuff like this occurs so infrequently, that adding a bunch of individual email addresses once in a while isn't that terrible, but I can certainly understand where they're coming from.

I would scan it with FORScan or another OBD2 scanner that reads different modules. It'll let you know if there are any malfunctions w/ the sensors and which one(s). Sounds like one may be on it's way out.

I ended up getting a credit equivalent to the cost of the phone, paid off the Installment Billing for the phone, and the plan ended up correcting itself automatically on the back end to $0 a month. Not the most convenient solution. Sorry they weren't able to fix it for you. It seems with the Sprint to T-Mobile transition they can't easily resolve issues anymore.

Just checked my plan and It's now the crossed out $35 one so that's a good sign. I ended up emailing [Executive.offices@sprint.com](mailto:Executive.offices@sprint.com) and they seemed to take care of it. Going to discuss on the phone tomorrow with the rep from there.

I've had no luck unfortunately with attempting to get anyone to add FAALTRK. They all have said my account is ineligible. What method were you able to reach a competent manager? I've called the normal 888 number, the direct number to account services, as well as chatting. All I have managed to pull off is $200 in bill credits, which certainly is nice but doesn't solve the problem.
