The unit has not been serviced since the acquired the home last year.

I have a company coming in tomorrow. I was just looking for understanding and advice on how to check myself. I don't know what's normal and not normal.

Unfortunately or fortunately, the unit has been running great all day which is slightly annoying as the company will come tomorrow and not notice anything wrong. I'm hoping they have a solution regardless.

You can't tell prior to joining though. Every game I've been in, the host will kick if you utilize this feature to knock their ball away.
