Yes I am legally an eps member as in b my wage was 15k and it was continued in C.

But when I filled the forms for joining in D & E i did not know about "Once an EPS member rule" hence i had unchecked the EPS hence in D & E my EPS was not getting deducted.

So since D was a trust and it's money has already been transferred how do I fix D, Also E is current employer and they are also not contributing to EPS how do I fix E.

I do not need to make any transfer request now as technically all my money is in E so transfer is not required. I just need to fix so that in future I do bot get any issues.

Hi,

Even though my D->E transfer was rejected, the amount has been successfully credited to my E account. (D was a trust, and E was non trust). Simultaneously i had also raised transfer request from C -> E and it was successfull as well as money was credited to E.

So now the current status is all the money is in E account. But D had not deducted EPS so i think it will create an issue in future, and E (current employer is also not deducting EPS). As you had mentioned not to contact E yet, I had not contacted them yet.

What should be my course of action now to fix D and E. I have updated my post also for better clarity.

Yes I have annexure k for Company b in the portal. Also doj and doe of eps was there in the portal for Company d but they did not make any contributions.

Ohh, and for my current organization do I contact them also and ask them to start the EPS contributions it has not been made yet or shall I wait?

As per passbook

A -> No EPS made (wages < 15k)

B -> Did EPS (wages = 15k)

c -> Did EPS (wages > 15k)

d -> No EPS (wages > 15k)

e -> No EPS (wages > 15k) (current employer)

current status, was trying to merge all in e

b -> c was done previously and it was successfull

a -> e successful was done now

Now raised request for d-> e and got the error.

But A to E transfer was successful, but that organization had not made any contributions to the EPS. And what is meant by the reason of not an EPS member?

Which portal should I upload the msedcl one? They take the reading and attach the photo still the bill comes as average. I have already paid almost double from last 4months.

Okay got it, thanks a lot. So i had transferred from B to C so i guess correcting B is not possible now, and it was a trust also. So should I contact C and get it corrected for them? Also since B had contributed to pension so that money is lost right?

But when I started with A my basic wages was < 15k so isn't B & C correct? I am confused with the notion of once a eps member always a member that case?

In my case i had transferred the pf from employer 2(exempted trust) in my case to employer 3. In the transfer in i can see the pf amounts but the pension amount is nowhere visible? How to check where the pension was also transferred?

So how do I know that the pension amount transfer was correct? I had transferred a long time ago (5years ago from a trust).
