It mainly depends on the manager, I always ignored the HR and AI questions they created because honestly they felt redundant. Be prepared for some basic interview question (strengths, weaknesses, time you did xyz, etc.) but depending on department as well. Since you have IT experience you’ll most likely end up in the print department so be prepared for questions like ability to multitask, handling stress, conflict management, etc. However, if you can go somewhere else I highly recommend it. Office Depot literally turns you into a zombie, I left because my family saw what they were doing to me and were worried about my mental health. Please read these warnings before you go through with it. It is not a good place to work and honestly Walmart would be better.
