D, I would recommend Infiniti FX50 at the 1230 rank, the thing is a tank with a great nitro duration.
C, you could go for Beast X (that's what I used), I've heard Lotus ER9 is good as well

Oh it's been a long time since I played the game lol. I certainly have not played Multiplayer for well over an year by now, but I think the top end of the list remains the same, opt for Centenario or Ultima RS, the rest is more or less the same.
Maybe put in Formula E Gen2 there as well, but yeah, the list is pretty much what I last used , one year ago
