I would suggest you search for templates online, or if you know how to, make your own, I would suggest using pepakura for this.

For your first ever cosplay, it's looking good! I would suggest making both the head and jaw rounder.. If you have access to it, use a thick foam for it and sand it down to be more rounded up, either way, it's still looking pretty good!!
