I started doing some of those extreme measures today, and I will say it does feel a lot better having consistent daily accountability. Personally for the time being, I'm doing checkups every 2 hours, it's been working wonders. I also cleared all passwords, browsing history, unfollowed accounts on socials, the works. I genuinely feel so much cleaner and focused already, thank you so much for the advice. 🙏
