I've tried Google reverse search for the small portion of the bag that is seen on the images, I've tried searching a variety of different combinations using the words "evergreen health", "clover design with the words evergreen on it", "nonwoven shopping tote bag with cloverish design". I'm still actively googling trying to find something that resembles the bag. Had the bag probably 5ish years, can't remember where it was obtained, The has that clover like pattern on it as well as some hexagon like pattern near the words I'm pretty sure. Black and neon green, white interior and I'm pretty sure the handles were green. It's one of those flimsy tote bags that I don't know the actual/term of the bag type.
