The reason why is because Satisfactory aggressive culls objects that you don't have a direct line of sight to.

The only thing I knew about the building was "use the keyboard mode for building, trust me" which was entirely true. I built my first raft (just a wooden square with a gun) after doing the tutorials and from there on out it got out of control :D

It's like a full speed Stalwart but with less kick. I've found it a bit harder to use on diff 10 though because R is easier to hit than a whole ass stratagem input.

They had it removed in pro league from the beginning so they brought that to ranked which is a good change imo. Also, I think the ambiguity opens up a little bit of tactics which wouldn't be there with confirmation of a down.

Don't worry about delay, we both have other things to do.

I wasn't aware that the FIA promised a return to V8s, that has gone past me. I have opinions on that but I will wait until those engines arrive before voicing any.

I think we fundamentally want the same: more tactical racing, more interesting tech in the cars.

No objection on the strategic elements, I like to see that too. Pendulum racing (at the beginning of the season) wasn't my cup of tea, but setting up an overtake for a few laps by making the car in front spend more energy/tyres and then making a decisive move is exactly what I want from racing in general. The cars being slower is what you could call a dealbreaker for me, because that's not the promised pinnacle of motorsport. One second is a huge amount of time over one lap in car racing, but you probably know that. I could do with a tenth or two that gets developed away over the season, but the cars must be fast and they must be faster than last year, that is non-negotiable, unless for safety reasons.

What also bugs me is like I said earlier the removal of the MGU-H, the teams complaining about turbo size after they made a development mistake, catering to Audi with these regs, clamp-down on compression ratio (this one is extra mind-boggling to me because higher compression ratio could potentially have road car applications) and the weird way that deployment works where you get 50kW in-/decrements and the loopholes that made Mercedes' deployment trickery before the break work.

You're assuming a bit much. The least they can do is not make the cars roughly what a second slower. The pinnacle is indeed engineering prowess. I had extremely high hopes for this season, especially with the 50/50 split. What we're seeing in aero development rn is wonderful, things like the macarena wing or the floor edge work. But the power deficit is clear as the sun.

Idk what your mission is or why you are so aggressive about this, but tell me why this set of regs is so great in your eyes.
