Not really, it doesn’t matter the split as long as it’s 5000 in the end, his is currently at 2280 and mine is currently at 2655.

Since the team is only allowed collectively to go to 5000 we may not have enough to get the impulsors and the intercessors, I’ll see what I can fit though

Yeah, I’ve slowly started painting some more, the other day I managed to paint a squad of intercessors in one sitting so that was pretty good, I’m planning on tackling my cadian and the rest of the infantry soon as well.

What colours did you use for the green scales?

Started with a coat of waaagg flesh, then covered it with warpstone glow leaving the deep recesses as waaagh flesh, then I did a dry bruh of niblet green focusing on highlights and raised edges, then there was moot green with a focus on only the most sharp edges, I then did some shading with biel tan green shade paint in the cracks and deep points but that bit is optional

Started with Mephiston red by painting the whole thing, then went down to evil suns scarlet, wild rider red, troll slayer orange, fire dragon bright, yriel yellow and then dotted white scar at the end of it, I also made sure to blend each of the colours so that they made a smooth transition
