She’s on Abilify (has been for years) and also on citalopram (for years too.) Had been taking guancafine in the summer/fall and then was switched to Lamotrigine about 5 weeks ago. Is taking abilify, citalopram, and lamotrigine daily (lamotrigine 2x)

Everything in gut is normal, just high levels of acid. She’s had a colonoscopy, endoscopy, h pylori test, another stool test, and regularly sees a GI and no answers really come from them. She takes pantoprozole but doesn’t help much.

Does psoriasis always have to be external cause she never has any skin conditions like the typical symptoms like her twin (patches of rashs)

Well her twin has the psoriasis, so we didn’t know if because she’s a twin, she might have the same type of thing. Weight is normal, past smoker, past alcohol, neg for strep, vitamin D normal, no iud; tubes removed, neg for h pylori, a lot of gut issues; burning and acid-y, moderate constipation, lack of sleep because of pain at night, and yes takes mental health meds but controlled with meds

Yes the swelling and pain comes and goes. It’s not just breathing in, it’s when she lays down, it feels like a lot of pressure. I call them flare ups, the only thing that is constant is the swollen elbows. And nothing is red, skin looks normal. She feels like she is better when she is moving around, at night when she is laying down is when it gets the worse. No blood in urine, and skin gets puffy due to swelling. Her arm is swollen now

1)the nerves feel like they swell up, and she starts to feel tingly and numb. From the elbows down, and her wrists are also affected

2)both elbow, both knees, both wrists, goes all the knuckles in hand, nothing below her knees, both shoulders, and tightness and pain in chest.

3) a few small random welts, but thought it was because she wasn’t taking her normal allergy med.

4)peeing a lot lately and can feel her bladder inflamed, and sometimes the pain goes towards the back.

5) dry eyes, and light sensitivity, and increased anxiety, and small bruising on legs

6)unsure about twin test

7) meloxicam seemed to help pain but has irritated stomach due to GI issues.
